Welcome to CloudState. By creating a database slot or calling our API endpoints, you agree to comply with the terms below.

1. RATE_LIMITS_&_CAPACITY

The free platform tier provides up to 5 projects per user, a maximum database payload size of 5MB per project, and a standard rate limit of 60 requests per minute. Automated bots or clients that deliberately spam endpoints beyond rate thresholds may have their IP access restricted.

2. RESPONSIBLE_USE

CloudState is built as a lightweight persistence channel for tiny web apps, prototypes, and browser extension syncing. Do not use CloudState to store plaintext passwords, critical financial ledger records, or sensitive personal data that requires high-level healthcare compliance.

3. LIABILITY_LIMITS

CloudState is provided "as is". While we implement database backups and AES-256 rest encryption, we are not responsible for any data loss, API downtime, or service interruptions.
