REGULATORY_COMPLIANCE

Privacy Policy

This policy outlines how CloudState collects, processes, and protects your information when you register an account or use our database services.

1. INFORMATION_COLLECTION

We collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary to deliver our services. Accounts are authenticated securely through Clerk. We store your authentication ID, internal name, email address, and registry metadata associated with your CloudState endpoints.

2. DATABASE_PAYLOAD_TREATMENT

Your JSON database records are treated as private property. Payloads are encrypted at rest using AES-256 (where your project's secret API key acts as the decryption key). We do not scan, sell, parse, or access your database records except to measure network traffic capacity and enforce rate limits.

3. DATA_RETENTION

You retain absolute ownership of your data. When you initialize a project deletion from your console dashboard, all files, tokens, logs, and database rows are wiped permanently from our active nodes.

4. CONTACT_INFORMATION

For questions or data deletion requests, you can connect directly with our support desk at support.dhairyadarji@gmail.com.
